I started this blog back in April and haven't done a thing with it since then. I'm not promising it will be consistent now but I'm gonna give it another shot. I had the awesome opportunity to photograph the beautiful Griffith family. I babysat Sammy before he could walk and the other day he was running around like there was no tomorrow. It was the first time I got to meet baby Miriam, but she blew me away with her sweet chubby cheeks and super easy going personality. It was such a great time getting to hang out with wonderful people for the morning. Hope you enjoy!

The Farm
There is a beautiful, wonderful, peaceful place in Washington, VA lovingly referred to as "The Farm". It is a place to rest from the chaos of everyday life. I love going out there to hang out and shoot some rustic shots...there will definitely be more posts with photos from the farm, because really, it's one of the most beautiful places on this earth.

Cherry blossoms
Although I grew up right outside of DC it has never become a tradition to go see the famous cherry blossoms or go to the Cherry blossom festival. This year, however, I decided to step outside my everyday routine and gaze upon the truly spectacular creation of cherry blossoms. I don't do a whole lot of editing photos, partially because I don't know how, and partially because I really want to be able to produce a photo straight from the camera, as I see it, without changing it, proving that I know how the hell to use my camera :) (which I'm totally still in the process of learning). Anyway, enjoy some pictures of the pretty creation that we live in!
